We are excited to introduce Chloe Breedon, an accredited Exercise Physiologist who offers mobile services alongside Sunrise Peak Psychology and will be offering in-clinic services from 29 June this year.

Chloe supports children, adolescents and adults through tailored Exercise Physiology services, with a focus on building confidence, improving physical capacity and supporting overall wellbeing.

What is Exercise Physiology?

Exercise Physiology is a healthcare service that uses structured, evidence-based exercise to support physical, behavioural and emotional outcomes. Programs are individualised, goal-oriented and designed to be engaging and appropriate for each person.

How can Exercise Physiology help?

Exercise can support:

  • Emotional regulation and reduced anxiety;
  • Improved strength, coordination and motor skills;
  • Increased confidence and independence; and
  • Better focus, behaviour and overall well-being.
