Debbie Green - Psychologist

Currently accepting new clients

Hi, I'm Debbie. I’m a psychologist who values positivity, empathy, and openness. Originally from Argentina, I moved to Australia in 2014 and speak both English and Spanish. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, two children, and our rescue dog—whether at the beach, in a park, or enjoying new activities like rowing and yoga. Horses have been a lifelong passion of mine, and in the past I worked in equine-assisted therapy.

I have experience working in schools, palliative care, and equine therapy, supporting children, teenagers, and adults through challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. My style is gentle, flexible, and collaborative—I believe therapy works best when it feels like a team effort.

I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, DBT and EMDR and adapt each session to the individual. I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent teenagers and adults, and I work closely with families, GPs, and other professionals when needed to provide holistic care.
