Kylie Murray - Psychologist

Currently accepting new clients

Hi, I'm Kylie. I believe that meaningful change begins with compassion, curiosity, and connection—both within ourselves and with the world around us.

Offering Walk and Talk Therapy at Enoggera Reservoir on Tuesday mornings, I invite clients to step outside the traditional therapy room and into the healing presence of nature. Surrounded by the sights and sounds of the bush, these sessions create a grounding, reflective space where you can explore challenges at your own pace.

For those who prefer a more traditional setting, in-clinic sessions are available Monday mornings and Tuesday afternoons, providing a calm, welcoming environment where you can feel safe to explore, grow, and heal.

I support adults navigating a range of life challenges, including past trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and work-related stress. With a gentle, person-centred approach, I focus on fostering self-acceptance, resilience, and personal growth, grounded in compassion and authenticity.

I have a special interest in supporting other health professionals, including GPs, nurses, and allied health workers, who may be experiencing stress, burnout, or compassion fatigue.

I also offer thoughtful, affirming support for adults with Autism and/or ADHD, recognising the unique strengths and challenges of neurodivergent individuals and helping them to thrive authentically.

I believe therapy is about rediscovering and embracing your whole self, with warmth, understanding, compassion, and respect.

When I’m not at work, I love running, practising pilates, connecting with my family and friends, reading, exploring, and travelling. I love that I get to weave these passions into my work at Sunrise Peak and our retreats for caring professionals. I look forward to meeting you.
